  • Flexible hose
    The pre-filter before inlet valve traps dust and impurities, preventing contaminants from wearing rotors inside the screw compression air end.
  • Vacuum Inlet Valve
    It stably controls air intake with precise sealing, delivering fast response, zero leakage and minimum operational pressure loss.
  • Screw Airend
    Rotating screws compress air while oil seals and lubricates; high-precision rotors ensure high output, low energy use and long service life.
  • Vacuum Inlet Dust Filter
    This front filter intercepts airborne dust and sundries, stopping pollutants from accessing internal parts and causing abrasion to rotating rotors.
  • Exhaust Cooler
    It cools pressurized air down to normal temperature. Large heat area achieves efficient cooling, less condensed water and better compressed air quality.
  • Motor
    It supplies power to drive the screw air end. High efficiency design ensures steady running, low loss, few faults and long service lifespan.

  • Thermostatic Valve
    Regulates the lubricating oil cooling circuit and controls oil temperature. Features fast thermostatic response and precise oil temperature regulation, preventing high-temperature damage to components and ensuring stable oil circulation.
  • Vacuum Buffer Tank
    Allows gravity settling of the oil-air mixture to achieve preliminary oil-air separation. Made of thickened explosion-proof material with strong pressure resistance. The internal flow-guiding structure provides excellent primary separation efficiency and reduces residual oil mist.
