Air Cooled Box Type Heating & Cooling Chiller

This model is perfect for small-to-medium pharmaceutical R&D, fine chemical synthesis reactors, high-low temperature/pressure environmental simulations of advanced materials, and high-low temperature cycling testing of semiconductor components. As an integrated air cooled chiller, it responds rapidly to demanding chemical processes requiring alternate cold and heat, achieving smooth, large-span temperature transitions in a compact footprint—making it the ideal partner for highly sensitive processes.

Space-Saving Standalone Integration: Integrates a cascade deep-cooling system and a high-power heating unit within a single machine, complete with a built-in high/low-temperature resistant circulation pump. Small footprint and plug-and-play convenience entirely eliminate the multi-equipment construction hassle of sourcing separate boilers and chillers.
2. Full-Range Smart Control & Anti-Carbonization: Features a completely hermetic circulation system; at a 300°C high temperature, the heat transfer oil never contacts air, preventing oil volatilization and carbonization. At a -120°C ultra-low temperature, smart algorithms dynamically fine-tune the expansion valves to completely prevent system lockups.
3. Low-Noise Design & Thermal Shock Protection: Equipped with a fully enclosed low-vibration compressor, high-temperature resistant stainless steel electric heaters, and ultra-thick internal acoustic/thermal insulation foam. It achieves gentle temperature switching, eliminating material disintegration or equipment cracking caused by sudden thermal shocks while keeping your workshop quiet.
