The adsorber is equipped with a dedicated airflow distribution structure, ensuring uniform air flow across the chamber and improving molecular sieve utilization efficiency.

Designed with a vertical dual-bed structure, the adsorber is filled with activated alumina at the bottom to reduce moisture impact on molecular sieve performance. During regeneration, nitrogen is used for molecular sieve desorption, while clean air enables heatless regeneration of the alumina, jointly extending the service life of all adsorbents.

The system utilizes imported high-performance oxygen molecular sieves, field-proven in long-term industrial applications, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The specially formulated PSA-grade activated alumina effectively protects the molecular sieve adsorbent.
